How to Collect Your Package

- Step 1: Appointment Confirmation – Once your package is ready for collection, you will receive a notification (via SMS or email) including your collection PIN and appointment details.
- Step 2: Visit JW Grocery Store – Head to JW Grocery Store at Garden Plaza Cyberjaya and locate the designated Shopee Collection counter using the provided reference code.
- Step 3: Verify & Collect – Present your valid identification along with the collection PIN. Our staff will verify your details and promptly hand over your package.
