How to Collect Your Package
Follow these simple steps to ensure a smooth collection of your Shopee parcel:
Step 1: Appointment Confirmation
Once your package is ready for collection, you will receive a notification (via SMS or email) including your collection PIN and appointment details.
Step 2: Visit JW Grocery Store
Head to JW Grocery Store at Garden Plaza Cyberjaya and locate the designated Shopee Collection counter using the provided reference code.
Step 3: Verify & Collect
Present your valid identification along with the collection PIN. Our staff will verify your details and promptly hand over your package.
